Ready for some bargain hunting? Well, you don’t even have to hunt because I’ve already got the prey lined up for you in this free players shortlist for Football Manager 2013. I’ve done some scouting using Arsenal’s top scouting team and I have found 206 free players that are worth signing right at the beginning of the game. Please not that I had most of the major European leagues loaded
This post hardly needs an introduction. All I’m going to say is that after reading it you will be able to download a shortlist containing the best 264 under 21 prospects in Football Manager 2013. The probably are more FM 2013 wonderkids to be discovered, depending on the leagues you load when starting a game, but you have to know that I have compiled this shortlist after playing and scouting for a full season in FM 2013 with all the major European leagues loaded.
You don’t like seeing “Premier Division” instead of “Premier League” in FM 2013, right? Neither do I. Fortunately there is something we can do about it. I have just created a real names fix that will solve this problem and more such licensing inconveniences in Football Manager 2013, just download it and your game will have all those nice-looking real names.
UPDATE: Dylan Jones is the winner, congratulations! You have just received an email from me, we’ll keep in touch

Before you ask, I’ll make this perfectly clear right away: I have been offered the possibility and the honour to play Football Manager 2013 ahead of release, alongside other fan site owners and journalists. But make no mistake, I didn’t play the final game, just a beta version that still has a big “work in progress sign” all over it. However, it does give a good idea of how FM 2013 is going to be.
We’re getting closer and closer to the Football Manager 2013 release date (November 2nd), so it’s time to have a look at the user interface in FM 2013. There are two videos showing what’s new in that area of the game and since we’re talking about looks I think it would be best to go straight to the videos. All I’m going to say is that the interface looks better than FM 2012 and it also offers better usability.
