This FM 2014 player profile of Juan Bernat shows a solid left back with great speed and ability on the ball. He is already good enough to play for just about any club at the age of 20, his contract with Valencia has a 17 million minimum fee release clause but you can snap him up for 15 million at the start of the game.
He remained at Valencia for several seasons in my test save before moving to Atletico, where he played mostly as a left winger in the last two seasons. His contribution at Atletico was excellent, plenty of assists in those last couple of seasons. He developed great speed and agility, solid mental attributes plus good technical skills overall. The fact that he can be taught to play as a left winger shows he has got quality, a good investment if you need a player that can cover the whole left flank.
