This FM 2014 player profile of Giovanni Simeone shows a cheap young striker from Argentina, a strong lad that could make a solid target man. You can get him for 4.5 million at the start of the game, probably even less in half a season or a season, and he would also be granted a work permit to play in England.
His career in my test save was not the brightest, he was loaned here and there and rarely got enough game time. He ended up at Nancy in Ligue 1 and did a decent job in his debut season with 7 goals and 4 assists. His development was also hindered by injuries but he still managed to become a decent player at the age of 24, very good in the air and composed in front of goal. Not a star in this save but could become one if you develop him properly.
