As I see a few seeking a new save but not sure what to do. And as I am in a guidemaking mood. :)

Pentagon/Hexagon Challange
The original variant was that you coach a team in every continent to continental glory.

Pentagon Challange
You have to win all the following at least once.
  • Europe (Europa Champions League)
  • Asia (Asia Champions League)
  • Africa (African Champions League)
  • North America (North American Champions League)
  • South America (Copa Libertadores)
Note: Great creativity here for creating new names for the competitions. ;)

Hexagon
For the hexagon variant you add New Zealand as a playable league. Then you win the O-League. OFC Champions League or Oceania Champions League.
  • Oceania (OFC Champions League)
Pentagon/Hexagon for National Teams
  • Europe (Euro Cup)
  • Asia (Asian Cup)
  • Africa (African Nations Cup)
  • North America (Gold Cup)
  • South America (Copa America)
Olympic/World Cup Pentagon/Hexagon
Take one national team from each continent to the World Cup/Olymics.

Rule: You must also do the qualifying part before the competition. So just be hired before the Olympics does not count.
Note: For the World Cup you have to manage the Senior Team. For the Olympics you need to manage the U23 team.
  • Europe (Europa Champions League)
  • Asia (Asia Champions League)
  • Africa (African Champions League)
  • North America (North American Champions League)
  • South America (Copa Libertadores)
Iron Journeyman
This is the one I am currently on. You win every throphy there is on the game for teams. The league title and all the cups. The continetal titles. And also the National Teams Cups.

Goal:
  • Win every league title.
  • Win every league cup including Super Cups (Exception is reginal cups where you only need to win one :) ).
  • Pentagon/Hexagon challange and win every continental cups and international cups.
  • The same for national teams to win the continetal and international cups.
  • Begin from the bottom with the five leagues with lowest reputation choosen (fewer can be choosen).
  • Sunday League reputation.
Extra goals:
  • Win Manager of the Year in every country.
Note: I recommend adding Saudi Arabia (or other arabian team) and New Zealand to collect as many throphies as possible.

Credit: As far as I know me.

Lower League Management (LLM)

Take a team from the lowest division in a country and make them champions. Even Continental glory.
  • England - Blue Squere Premier South/North (6th tier)
  • Italy - Serie C2 (4th tier)
  • Spain - Segunda Division B (3rd tier)
  • France - French National (3rd tier)
  • Germany - Third Division (3rd tier)
Why not all five. :) Beginning in Germany or France.

League Reputation Challange
While using a lower reputation league like Wales or Ireland. Win the Champions League or Europa League. This is only possible if you raise the leagues reputation so you can attract the right players.

The Alphabet Challange

You make your way through the european leagues in alphabetical order.
  • You must start in the 2nd tier of Austria
  • You must start wth the team that is predicted to finish 10th (May vary depeding on what update you use)
  • In order to progess to the next coutry, You must win the top Domestic League and every Domestic cup (European Comps not needed)
  • Past experience set to Automatic.
  • When moving to a new country, you must apply for jobs.
Countries
  • Austria
  • Belarus
  • Belgium
  • Bulgaria
  • Croatia
  • Czech Republic
  • Denmark
  • England
  • Finland
  • France
  • Germany
  • Greece
  • Holland
  • Hungary
  • Iceland
  • Ireland
  • Israel
  • Italy
  • N Ireland
  • Norway
  • Poland
  • Portugal
  • Romania
  • Russia
  • Scotland
  • Serbia
  • Slovakia
  • Slovenia
  • Spain
  • Sweden
  • Switzerland
  • Turkey
  • Ukraine
  • Wales

Back to the Top Flight Challange
You bring back a former top-flight to the top flight again and win every available cup and league. I would have narrowed the list down to the teams that spent 5-10 years in the top flight. But any former top-flight team counts. These are for FM 2013.

Player restriction: Players must be under 26 and from the same country. Spanish players for Spain. Italians for Italy. British players (England, Scotland, Wales and Northen Ireland) for England.

Goal: Make this with 5 teams.

The Wicklander Chosen Ones

Depending on choosen league the challange must contain following teams.

England
  • Coventry City (League One)
  • Portsmouth (League One)
  • Wimbledon (AFC Wimbledon) (League Two)
  • 2 teams of your own choice.
Spain
  • Real Oviedo (Segunda B )

Player/Line-up Challanges

I've put all player related challanges under this headline for easier reading.

Nationality/Home-grown Challange

The main challange is to make your team of the same nation or that can be considered home-grown.

Home-grown
If you buy players young enough they can be home-grown and the be eligible.

Same Nation
A more strict variant where if you play in England you only use english players. Or if your in Spain you use spanish players.

Credit: ivanovic82 from Spanish Real Madrid

Goals?
The goal can be:
  • To use only home-grown/same nation players in the Champions League Final.
  • To make your squad home-grown/same nation and win the domestic double/treble.
Pentagon Player Challange
In the player verison your team must consist of one player from each continent. Preferrably your Line-up or First team. Depending of difficulty.

Credit: Me as far as I know. Thought of it during writing.

U23-Challange
Like the Olympics where you can only have 3 non U23-players in the squad.

Youth Academy Challange
Use only players that comes from your Youth Academy and try to win the bigger trophies.

Youth to Gold Challange
Player must be bought before they are 18. And sold for over a pre-set price (usually 10-20 million).

Goal: To sell one of every position over the pre-set price. You can use your line-up as an exemple of wich positions you use. E.g in an ordinary 4-4-2 you sell a GK, DR, DL 2 DCs, 2 MCs, MR, ML, 2 STs. With an attacking 4-4-2 the ML and MR becomes AML and AMR.

Credit: As far as i know me. Thought of it during writing.

Conclusion
Feel free to comment. I will give credit to the right person if i forgot or gave the wrong one credit. More ideas are welcome. I will put them in this post as you comment on them. Sorry for misspelling as this was a long post.

If you came with ideas you found somewhere please give the source so I can give credit.

Here's one I thought of:

Bring 5 ex-top flight teams back into the top flight and become champions with players from that country only. There should be also no one older than 26 years old in the team. For example, Leeds United in npower Championship. You must bring them back to the Prem and win the Prem with them. Only British players under 26 are allowed. (I say British since I consider England as part of Great Britain; means the team can consist of only English, Scottish, Welsh and Northern Irish players) The challenge will only get harder since the teams you install in the top flight will be so strong you will need extra effort to be Champions every time. Furthermore, you should start as a semi-pro footballer reputation. Therefore, you will need to start off with the teams in the lower leagues first. I'm thinking of doing this in the next version of FM.

List of teams that are eligible for England: (as of FM 13)
AFC Wimbledon (since they are some kind of reincarnation of Wimbledon)
Bradford
Charlton Athletic
Barnsley
Birmingham City
Burnley
Blackpool
Blackburn
Bolton
Coventry City
Crystal Palace
Derby County
Hull City
Ipswich Town
Leeds United
Leicester United
Middlesborough
Nottingham Forest
Oldham Atletic
Portsmouth
Sheffield United
Sheffield Wednesday
Swindon Town
Watford
Wolverhampton

Have added your challange. Named "Back to the Top Flight" Firt made a genral challange for brining back top flight teams. And added you scpecial conditions as a twist. Please tell me what you think.
