Image Posting Problem

hey guys
i am trying to post pics in a topic and every time a message appears to me ( this extension of the image is not supported ) i am not using imageshack i use different site better than imageshack in naming and archiving my pics so can any 1 tell me what is the problem

1. What type of file are you trying to upload?

2. Using which website?

i am uploading pics for some topic ( direct link pic)
the site i am using not famous it is called :m5zn i used it before in another forum and worked well

You say that you get a message saying the extension is not supported, I suggest having your pictures in .png or .jpg format, those always work.

the pictures extension are png , i think the problem this site uploads the pics without modifying its resolution so all the pics same as my screen resolution (1440*900) what is the max resolution of pics in the forums ?
