I am an avid Spurs fan and usually played with them, but its not very challenging. Ever since the late '90s I usually end up winning CL and Club WC in the first 3-4 seasons, and then the game is sort of over for me. I always need to have something to reach for in terms of winning. So the last few games I've been playing career mode (starting with sunday league rep unemployed and aiming for the CL final and beyond). Good fun. My current game is a "English Hero" game (promotion from Blue Square south to the EPL) with Thurrock (predicted last in BSS). Im currently on course to be promoted for the 4th consecutive season (Won BSS, 2nd BSP won play-off, Won L2 and currently 2 pts clear with 9 games to go in L1).
I think I will try to write a story after my exams (so after christmas), and I am leaning towards AFC Wimbledon. As a norwegian I feel terrible about the fate of the Dons as it was a couple of my countrymen who uprooted the club and moved it to Milton Keynes, so I sort of feel its an "obligation" for me to get them back to the EPL
Well, thats me. Sorry for the long intro. I really enjoy reading the stories on here, and absolutely loving the podcast. Looking forward to Mr. Karps apperance on there.
Peace
Christian
