This post hardly needs an introduction. All I’m going to say is that after reading it you will be able to download a shortlist containing the best 264 under 21 prospects in Football Manager 2013. The probably are more FM 2013 wonderkids to be discovered, depending on the leagues you load when starting a game, but you have to know that I have compiled this shortlist after playing and scouting for a full season in FM 2013 with all the major European leagues loaded.
As I said, there are 264 under 21 players included, with potential ability ratings ranging from 2.5 stars (fairly good Premier League player) to 5 stars (world class player). The scouting was done using Arsenal’s top notch scouting team. As always, you will find detailed profiles of these lads and their future profiles on the FMS Scouting Network.
In case you were wondering which players got 5 stars for potential ability, here’s the list of the very best FM 2013 wonderkids:

How to install the shortlist in FM 2013
1. Put the downloaded file in this folder: Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2013/shortlists
2. Start your game and go to shortlists.
3. In the shortlists screen click the «shortlists» menu, just above the players list, on the right side.
4. Select «load shortlist» from the menu and then select the respective file — FMS best under 21 wonderkids (Johnny Karp, Jul 2012)

Kurt Zouma is such a monster on later patches in FM2012 already, and Isco looks brilliant from what I have seen in real life (would expect Jay Rodriguez and Jordan Rhodes to be in this list somewhere too :D)

there are some i already know. but, i think it’s not enough because Brazil striker Damiao and South korea striker Son from HSV were not included.

I have checked again and Son is included as far as I can see. As for Damiao, he’s 23 years old as far as I know, and only under 21 players were included in this list.
