Ladies and gentlemen, prepare to be… amazed!
Muresul Deva, predicted to finish 16th out of 16 teams in the Romanian Liga 2 Group B. Alexandru Petrisor sacked by Muresul chairman. Who will take the hot seat?
Unexperienced manager Radu Raicea takes Muresul Deva’s hot seat!
Twenty-five years old Radu Raicea has taken the place as Muresul Deva’s new manager. Having never managed a football team before, Raicea told the press that he will be up for the challenge. He came all across from Canada where he managed the Hamilton Bulldogs, a hockey team in the American Hockey League. After winning the Calder Cup, American Hockey League’s domestic title, he resigned in hope to come and manage in his homeland, Romania. Radu is also a passionate of books and journals, he will be writing a book narrating his journey with the Muresul Deva. He also added that he will be posting some behind the scenes of his journal on the blog of one of his well-known mates, Johnny Karp.
Will he be up for the challenge?

Special note
I would like to tell you that I will be writing one month at the time in my story. Also, I studied all summer in Photoshop and will be making the pages in my journal in a pretty creative way. Because of that, it will take me maybe more than only one day to write my stories, so be patient! What I can promise is that tomorrow, on January 12th 2010, I will be posting my Muresul Deva’s 2009-2010 season.

I like the idea of the back story, of having been a hockey manager and then travelling back to your homeland to manage a football team.
