I was applied and got the England job in 2012 after England did badly at the Euros. Since the start of my game I have at some point won every trophy with West Ham so my rep is pretty good. Like managing the England squad and have to admit to being a bit bias with my players at west ham when it comes to call ups

If you already have a good reputation as a manager and you won some important trophies you might get a national team job. Just pay attention after the international competitions (World Cup, European Championship, Copa America) and you’ll see that some national team managers will get sacked at the end of the competition. Apply for their job and you might be selected.

hey johnny…great blog..one question..how long does it take to get offered a job as a manager of a national team?…do you have too win most of the trophyies…i have won almost everything, but i am in my fourth season at juventus…
