This is one of the skins that I like best, Flex Skin, created by SmurfDude. Here is how it looks, but please note that I use custom background images, with English stadium pictures.

How to install

Extract the rar file to My DocumentsSports InteractiveFootball Manager 2009skins (if there is no “skins” folder create one yourself). Start your game and go to preferences / display & sound and choose your new skin. Press confirm and your skin should load.

    Hi

    I tried to install the flex file but since i have installed it i cant get 2 play my game, the game starts up but it shows a black screen and i cant play. please help and tell me whats wrong.

      @Paul
      Maybe you should try the other Flex skin (left or right) see if that helps. If it doesn’t I think that you might not have installed it correctly.
